GTACCESS partners with LotVantage

GTACCESS is partnering with Lot Vantage as a reseller of it's ebay and Craig's List software integration package. This means that car dealers can now control their ebay and/or Craig's List vehicles through their GTACCESS account. Recently we have been researching what's available in templates. We are compiling a list of quality designs that we will offer our clients providing a wide array of choices. Our goal is to improve the speed at which we can deliver a quality product while bringing together the functionality of a website along with excellent layout and graphics while providing maximum flexibility in design.

Redesigned our Website

We have redesigned our Databae Systems website. We are looking forward to implementing new technologies and providing the best in new products in the coming weeks. Our online car dealer system is undergoing some upgrades and improved integration with our VIN decoding system as well as new features in the dealer accounting system. We are also looking at new ways to develop and host websites and new and better ways to handle inventory for those clients who have their inventory integrated into their websites.

Send Vehicle photos with your own banner on them

The new feature to apply your own banner to your main vehicle photo is in place and working. You'll need a banner image that is 80pixels in height and 640pixels wide. Simply upload it and select the opacity (Transparency). It will be automatically applied over the bottom of the first vehicle photo (the main photo) of each vehicle. You can select which advertising websites you'd like to send these to and which ones you want the non-banner photo to be sent to.

Banner Photos

A new feature has been added to the dealer section of the GTACCESS website. Dealers can upload a banner (640 pixels wide by 80 pixels high) that can be automatically applied to the first (main) photo of each vehicle. The purpose of the banner is to stamp your vehicle photos with your dealership name, website address, phone number, etc. The dealer also has the choice of which advertising websites to send the banner photo (as a replacement of the main (first) photo) to.

GTACCESS Update

The new VIN Decoder is working well with the new GTACCESS dealer website. We will soon have the handheld Palm PDA available for faster data collection. This is intended to work in conjuction with the VIN decoder for fast and complete data collection. We have added a new field to the vehicle record for video URL. This would be the URL location of a video of the vehicle which can be on youtube or any of several other video hosting sites. We are working with cars.com, carsoup, and autotrader to integrate video for car dealers.
